KONTAKTIMPROVISATIONSKLASS

Den här klassen riktar sig till dansare med eller utan erfarenhet av kontaktimprovisation, nybörjaren har möjlighet att få grundläggande verktyg och den mer erfarne kan fördjupa sitt praktiserande genom att utforska mer subtila aspekter av tekniken. Vi utforskar kroppens anatomi och dess funktioner, vi lär oss använda kroppens ytor till support, att röra oss tillsammans genom rummet och vi upptäcker dialogen i improviserad dans. 

FÖRDJUPNINGSKLASS

För de mer erfarna erbjuder vi en timmes fortsättning på klassen för att fördjupa vårt utforskande, där vi går vidare med materialet till improvisation genom att arbeta med scores och avancerad ki-teknik.

Yolanda and Myriam will lead you through an introduction to this contact improvisation structure, so-called ”Underscore”.

In addition to the usual parts of the score, we will also explore the theme of “drawing”.

The introduction is obligatory for everyone who has never done an Underscore before.

For those of you who know the score and do not want to participate in the introduction, please be there by 13.45 latest.

Mörkerscore i Höstlöv.

Kom och dansa med oss! Måndag 7 november 17.45 – 19.00

En timme intensivt dansutforskande bland höstlöven. Vi nudansar med kontaktimpro som utgångspunkt omgivna av träden. Medtag ficklampa om du har.

Måndag 17.45- 19.00. Kom i tid – kl. 18.00 förflyttar vi oss från mötesplatsen och kan bli svåra att hitta – vi startar vid dungen med ekarna och förflyttar oss tillsammans dit där det är gott om löv.

Obs! Vi dansar i ALLA väder. Ta med regnkläder och klä dig i lager på lager. De som vill kan efterhänga hos Ulrika i Bagarmossen – vi fixar något enkelt vegetariskt tillsammans. Vill ni det så anmäl er gärna på sms till Ulrika 073 256 11 47 eller mejl ulrika.berge@gmail.com.

Tunnelbana till Skarpnäck. Ta gångvägen bakom uppgången. Rakt mot skogen och Bagarmossen. Du ser kullen med ekarna och ljuset av våra ficklampor bland träden. 150m från tunnelbanan.

Come dance with us!

Dance in autumn leaves, one hour intensive. Bring torch if you have.

Monday 17.45-19.00. Warming up starts 17.45 Be on time – at six we start moving in the wood and will be hard to find. We start at meetingpoint and move to where the autumnleaves are dwelling.

Note! We dance in any weather. Bring raincoats and layers of clothes. Those who want can join cool of/ get warm at Ulrikas place in Bagarmossen afterwards – we make some simple veggie food together. If you want to join send a message to Ulrika.

Find the meetingplace:
Subway to Skarpnäck, 20 min from t-centralen. Take the walkingroad behind the subwaystation. Walk towards forest. You see a small hill with some oaks on your left side when you get close to the forest and the light of our torches. 150m from subway, approximately.

We invite you to an evening of dance, live music and improvisation.

Saturday 15 October · 18:30 – 22:00

Free the expression in your body, meet yourself and meet others in playfulness and curiosity, in celebration and creativity.

After an introduction with guided warming up we open the space to a journey in Improvisation.
In movement you explore and create your own dance, find the connection to the group, to the music and to the space.
We end all together with a sharing circle.

We look forward to your presence and contribution at this Dance!

Live Music with Irene and Johan (voice, flute, piano and percussions) and guest musicians.

Refreshement and snacks will be served!
